30 Days easy Return/Exchange
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect condition, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items are in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Flash sale products are not covered by warranty.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Any address on the parcel is not an approved return address and we won't accept the returned package without an authorized return address from a customer service representative.
- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please return through your local post office.
- For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
- Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our ticket system, or online chat!
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
1. To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to contact us to request an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization). Please contact us via our web form or call our Customer Service Department at 714-907-1029 to obtain approval for your return. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER.
2. You will then be supplied with an RMA number allowing the return.
3. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges to boyzshop.com. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged by the carrier. We also recommend that the carrier you choose is able to provide proof of delivery for your protection. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BOX
4. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Any product returned that is not in the original condition when it left our warehouse, will be subject to being returned to you.
5. Send your item back to us.
6. You will be notified by email by our Customer Service Department once the return has arrived to our warehouse and has been processed by our Returns Department.
7. Store credit will be provided when the item returns and has been processed by our Returns Department (minus a 20% restocking fee).
ALL UNAPPROVED RETURNS, OR, RETURNS WITHOUT THE APPROVED RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BOX, WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU
DEFECTIVE ITEM EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Our Customer Service Representatives will work with you on a solution by replacing the item with the same item, or, will provide store credit for the price paid for the product.
If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect. Boyzshop reserves the option as to whether we will need to have this item returned for validation. Our Customer Service Representatives will help guide you through the process.
